 offer a 14 day returns policy.  Just send back the parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip, and we will process your refund asap (less delivery charge)

Terms & conditions

• Items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition no tags removed and no odours on the item (perfume, smoke etc)
• Please state reason for return
• If you request an exchange please clearly state this and we will contact you to pay for P&P of replacement item
• The responsibly of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back
•  does not cover the cost of returning the goods
• Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method
• We will issue refund within 2 days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank
